A massive, multi-level emergency restoration of a major educational building in New York City following catastrophic flood damage.
Executing a complete 9-story restoration—including a complex 8-story central atrium—without interrupting daily classes or compromising the safety and air quality of the students and faculty.
We implemented a strict overnight-only work schedule. To access the atrium, we engineered and erected an intricate 250-foot interior scaffolding system. Advanced HEPA filtration and negative air pressure systems were deployed on every floor to maintain pristine air quality control. By morning, all work areas were perfectly secured, allowing the facility to operate flawlessly during the day throughout the entire restoration process.
